In the past few weeks, the COVID-19 has gone global affecting almost all countries, societies, and health systems. It is disrupting varying spheres of our social, political and economical lives. It is also intruding into our spiritual domain.
This pandemic is a huge burden placed on humanity, creates a threat worldwide but it can be handled through shared action, compassion. Through this situation we can realize we are a global community, we are reminded of the total interconnectedness of all life on this planet. From a human perspective, we must come together as a collective of mind and soul. This whole situation can inspire wonders and deeper empathy. We can also do our best to spread happiness and positivity, international cooperation and a positive attitude to help to transform the negative mood that this pandemic creates.
To do our best we need to focus on spiritual qualities as well and put our perception to the present.
The frequency of the red colour is trying to pull you into the present moment and get out of your head, where we are often thinking of the past or the future. This is the time when we can really learn to live in the 'Here and Now'. We cannot take action on things that have happened in the past, and we cannot live in the future as we don't know what the future holds for us. We need to be present, we need to be grounded in our current realities, we need stamina, stability, will power, vitality, physical energy, confidence, courage, feel safe and secure in our environment.
